Information we collect on this website
This website collects only the information you choose to give us: if you request access, we collect the email address you submit. Form submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree, Inc., which acts as our form processor. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking technologies.
Information we process in the Roa service
If your organization uses Roa, we process the information your organization and its users put into the service — account details such as your name and work email, and the goals, objectives, key results, and progress updates your team creates. We process this information on behalf of your organization, which controls it. Questions about how your organization uses Roa should go to your administrator.
How we use information
- To respond to your request for access and communicate with you about it.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Roa service for our customers.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers needed to operate Roa (such as our hosting and form-processing providers), or where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We keep request-for-access submissions only as long as needed to follow up with you. Customer data in the Roa service is retained for as long as the customer’s agreement with us provides. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@roateam.com.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately for its sensitivity.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify our customers.
